I trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, worked the line at Cervo’s and Hart’s in NYC, and cooked for the Rome Sustainable Food Project in Italy.

I also have experience as a recipe developer, recipe tester, food styling assistant, and private chef.
